Iga’s Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night Reveals the Crafting System in New Video

Koji Igarashi’s Artplay released a new video of the upcoming Igavania game Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.

The trailer showcases the crafting system, that allows the player to see Johannes, an alchemist who protagonist Miriam is able to overtake.

Johannes will have the ability to combine several elements to make new items or gear. In the video we see him upgrading a whip into a thorny edition, but there is more there’s more besides items and weapons that can be crafted, even if the video does not show what is.

Incidentally, the group is currently working on porting the game for the numerous platforms.

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is scheduled to launch in the first half of 2018 for PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS Vita and Switch. A Wii U variant was also assumed to be included in the bunch, but it has been canceled in favor of this new Nintendo console.
