Lately, NIS America Declared that the Falcom developed Activity RPG Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana will make its way on Nintendo Switch at an unannounced date.
During a unique Livestream hosted with the writer, the group addressed questions concerning the Switch version of the game by stating they aren’t ready to disclose some information regarding the Switch interface at the moment. But they did let fans know that the current re-localization of this game is going to be included on the Switch capsule.
This won’t be the case for copies of the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita variations of the game. Instead, owners should obtain an update patch to acquire the re-localization that will require 279 MB to your Vita version and 1.16 GB for the PS4 variant.
Having the re-localization on disc or disc is advantageous to owners since owners will still have access to this patch even though the digital shop becomes closed down or NISA eliminates the upgrade in the future.
The re-localization project began when pointed out errors that NISA had made in Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana’s Language localization. The publisher that this was not up to par with all the firm’s standards.
