Xenoblade developer Monolith Soft now has 272 employees and over a quarter are female developers

Monolith Soft, the acclaimed development studio behind the Xenoblade Chronicles series, has confirmed on their website that they now have 272 employees. The developer continues to grow with the success of the games they have put out on the Nintendo Switch, Nintendo 3DS and Wii U along with the games they have helped out on which include The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Another thing to note is that over a quarter of this number are female developers which is encouraging to hear.
